wheels and tweed
Last weekend Noreen and I joined the Winnipeg Tweed Ride. A delightful celebration that combines the simple joy of a bike ride and the high society fascination with the bicycle as leisure and fashion during the late 19th/early 20th century. Lots of fun! Hi Ron, thanks, it was a lot of fun to organize and ride. The reaction to wearingTweed and riding a bike is amazing Ragpickers has a collection of vintage clothing and Kristen the owner rode with us..she had the super 8 camera, and I think next year I'll try for a spring ride and we should get more Tweed riders.
